If your luggage is not located on the conveyor belt upon arrival, you should immediately contact the Lost&Found office.
If you have lost something of your personal belongings at Almaty International Airport, as well as on board the aircraft, please contact the luggage tracing service – all found items are stored there for a certain period of time.
If you found out at the airport that your luggage was damaged, please contact the LOST&FOUND desk to file a report.
